The link will take you to UGent’s Congrezzo platform, where you will be guided through the registration process and payment of the conference fee. Payment options include VISA, Mastercard, Maestro (Belgium only) and Bancontact.

Fees

We offer a reduced fee for (PhD) students. Within each category, there are two main registration options.

  • For those with limited availability, we offer singleday registration.
  • Registration for the entire conference or the conference + subsequent workshop is possible at a ‘combo’ fee.

(PhD) students

Single day fees

  • Conference day 1 (24 June): €20
  • Conference day 2 (25 June): €35
  • Conference day 3 (26 June): €35
  • Workshop (27 June): €15

Combo fees

  • Full conference (24-26 June): €80
  • Full conference + workshop (24-27 June): €95

Regular participants

Single day fees

  • Conference day 1 (24 June): €30
  • Conference day 2 (25 June): €45
  • Conference day 3 (26 June): €45
  • Workshop (27 June): €45

Combo fees

  • Full conference (24-26 June): €95
  • Full conference + workshop (24-27 June): €120

Social events

1. Conference dinner

  • Tuesday the 25th of June at 7:00 pm
  • Cellarium and garden at St Peter’s Abbey
  • Dinner is free of charge, if you give a talk at the conference (24-26 June). Others pay €60.
  • Confirm your participation via the same registration page.

2. End of conference / start of workshop reception

  • Wednesday the 26th of June at 6:00 pm
  • Courtyard at St Peter’s Abbey
  • The reception is kindly offered to all participants of the conference and workshop by Brepols Publishers and the DBBE project.
  • Confirm your participation via the same registration page.

3. End of workshop reception

  • Thursday the 27th of June at 4:45 pm

  • The reception is kindly offered to all participants of the workshop by the Department of Translation, Interpreting and Communication.
